Now, for May - 2010 exams, Does PCC & IPCC have same FM& Costing Paper ? or different paper ? Please let me know.

ya both are same   https://www.icai.org/post.html?post_id=5676    if u are a IPCC student then u can get the previous papers of IPCC by clicking the link provided
