So beautiful,
It sways in the wind.
It blooms in Spring,
They resemble many things.
...Love...
...Peace...
...A new beginning...
They are all the same,
Yet they are all so different.
In a world where some days you just want to cry,
They can make you smile and forget your sorrows.
Nothing lasts forever.
They come to wilt and soon they die.
It happens slowly...
The darkness lurks within.
Waiting for the right moment.
Slowly, petal by petal they die.
They drop like tears.
Drifting down slowly...
until there are no more.
But remember,
In every cloud is a silver lining.
In every storm, there is always the light.
With night, comes day...
And with the flowers of today,
Are the seeds of tomorrow...
