First AGM is to be held within 18 months from the date of incorporation. Form 23AC & 23ACA is to be filed within 30 days from the date of AGM and form 20B is to be filed within 60 days from the date of AGM.

Hello,
Its correct that first agm can be conducted within 18 months, but at the same time we have to comply with sec 210 which says that conduct the agm within 9 months from the date of closing of financial Accounts. And in ur case accounts would be made upto 31st March, Acc. u have to conduct the AGM within 9 months i.e. 30th Sept and forms should be filed as per the details given by Mr. Rakesh.
In case of late filing you have to pay Additional Fees
