03 February 2011Fixed three attempts for validation of exemption in a paper is cause to hardship for students.
Fundamental is when you have completed any exam then no any exhausted limit for validation the same & validate for whole life .but if you have clear one paper then you have only three attempt for prove your capability in particular paper & after three attempts you will be treated as new student for this paper . Why? & why not fixed any validation time limit for all students who had cleared a group.

if institute starts providing unlimited exemption validity , I will read a/cs for 6 months and surely score 60 or above 60 , then will just read law and score 60 and so on and in that way I will score 60 in each papers on just 2 years even moron will clear exam and similarly any how he/she will also clear final in the same way clearing one paper at a time so to crap this practice ICAI has done this i.e. limit of exemption !! Further the syllabus keeps on revolving imagine you have read I tax three terms before so will you able to recall it now not only ICAI the same also applicable for exemption in CS/ CWA and other leading exam and about internationally reckoned exam like CPA and CFA they don't give any exemption .!! so every thing has a reason !! just think about that
