Before 7 years i had invested in pan card clubs ltd. Rs 24950/- & the has been matured in last year (i.e 2011-12) recd Rs 49300/- . My query is regarding the amount i recd on maturity it is taxable?

the maturity amount is fully taxable. there is no any exemption available to you .
