If Fixed Allowance per month reimbursed to employee in cash ( Other than Salary Allowance), is it liabile to Tax?

It depends upon type of fixed allowance whether education allowance uniform allowance lunch allowance ...Then the taxability will be determined ...

If You get bills as supporting, then it is not taxable, else it is taxable.
