My first question is, Is selection of bokerage house an important step while entering the Stock Market?

yes selection of a proper brokerage house is very imp as they will help u with choosing some really good stocks which u would not be aware of.

I agree with Mohit Ji. When one trades on large amount, one tends to trade at very less margin, akin to .2 or .5 percent of the total amount in day while aiming more on delivary, whereas smaller trade amounts relates to exactly opposite of the effect. Neverthless, a good brokerage house provides you ample research and support for a good stock which justifies the high brokerage they charge.
