When should First GMCS completed? I started my articleship from 2015 January and not completed GMCS 1. In my city next batch is starting from 16th January 2016. I heard that It should complete with in one of articleship.If I applied for this GMCS is there any problem?

Yup, GMCS 1 shall be completed within one year. You are required to complete it before completion of 1 year, as per my view you should join a prior batch than Jan 2016 batch to be on safe side.
