first financial year of co.
my co. is pvt ltd regd on 22nd march 2017. its frst financial yr would b year endng 31st march 2018 and there aftr frst AGM date will be 30th sep...am i rgt?

First annual general meeting of the Company, shall be held within a period of nine months from the date of closing of the first financial year of the company. So the due date of holding the first AGM will be 31st December 2018.
