First come first seved

I was going through the schedule for campus placement and i saw that it was mentioned "All the above priorities are based on first come First Served Basis. ". Does this means that those who register first for campus placement will be given priority even though the last date is 6th Feb, 2012? Please clarify because i still have not submitted my form.
