If your Company financial year ends on 31.3.3013, due date of AGM is 31.12.2013 which is with in nine month from the completion of AGM.
If your company finanical year ends on 31.03.2014, due date of AGM is 15.08.2014, which is with in eighteen months from the date of incorporation.
