YOU CAN'T USE WORD CORP IN INDIA FOR CO. ITS USED IN US,IN INDIA EITHER USE LTD or PVT LTD. THE DIFF BETWEEN A FIRM & COMPANY IS THAT OF LIABILITY ATTACHED.IN CASE OF FIRM LABILITY IS LIMITED THAT IS WHY MOSTLY YOU WILL FIND CA FIRM STRUCTURE RATHER THAN CO..
