I want to have a franchise of respected brand. Till now I have not created any firm. I should have franchise as firm or as individual? If business is near about 7-10 lakhs per year. what will be beneficial from the point of view of INCOME TAX????

If you are alone then proprietorship concern, and if you have a partner, then partnership firm.
