if any firm convert in to Pvt Ltd
PAN number and GST number will be charged or not

PAN will be changed

GST number has been generate from PAN number
so, it will be changed...?

Yes, where there is a conversion, the PAN as well as GSTIN will be changed.

Yes after conversion of PAN, the GSTIN will be also changed.
