Firm registered in delhi and operated from noida

Hello,

We have a firm registered in our Delhi residence , but generally we operate from Noida residence.

So do we need to have to get nay registration in Noida? What address to be mentioned on invoices?

Please share your knowledge regarding same .

the address of the registered office is always mentioned in the invoices . So u have to mention delhi address. but if u wish to mention noida address then get that address registered.

Dear Sir,

If the books of account of the company are maintained at Noida then you have to file form AOC-5 with the ROC for approval of the same.

In Invoice, you have to mention both the address (Registered office (Delhi) & Corporate Office(Noida) as per the provision of the Companies Act which is as follows:

Section 12 (3) clause (c) of the Companies Act 2013 mandates every company shall get its name, address of its registered office and the Corporate Identity Number along with telephone number, fax number, if any, e-mail and website addresses, if any, printed in all its business letters, billheads, letter papers and in all its notices and other official publications.

But do i need to get my noida adress registered at Delhi-ROC? and nothing to be done with Kanpur-ROC(UP).
