i am a service provider, and also having regular GST taxpayer.
i now want to start another business of restaurant,
for new business i cant opt composition, as i already registered under regular.
1. if i want to continue with regular then what is rate of gst
2 whether i start with my mom as partner(firm), as i heard that enahncement of exemption limit for goods sales only. not for service.
urgently
1. It's 5 % without ITC
2. No the threshold hold limit for Registration is same for both Goods and Services
