As per sec 44AD also applicable for FIRM but ITR 4S is available only for individual & HUF. Then what is appropriate ITR Form for FIRM whose total income is less then Rs. 1 crore.

ITR5 is the only form. You need to select income taxable under section 44AD in the form.
