if earlier form 10 file and submit at income tax portal then again this form fill and submitted after correction of data

Yes, but if you had filed ITR earlier, you need to revise it.

Sir itr is not file but form no 10 e submit as well e verify.

No need of time gap. file first form 10E and then ITR.
