A firm means a
(A)business
(An entity which is engaged in profit activity)
(B)sole proprietorship,
(A business structure in which an individual and his business structure is considered as a single entity)
(C)partnership
(Business structure in which multiple individuals called partners manage business and are equally liable for any business liability and have equally right in business profit intheir agreed ratio)
(D)corporation
(Status of corporartion is formed by incorporating your business firm and it gives a seperate legal status to your firm and protect owners to be personally liable for firm liability.)

So a firm doesnt necessarly mean a partnership firm ?? eh?
