Can anyone provide me,Fine & Panelty to Employee under which head will come.

i dont think that it is an income so any special head required for this...
you can deduct the amount from the salary or other allowances which u r giving to ur employees...
we usually have a head named other allowances... we deduct the fine and penalities from said account
