you want to e-file ITR . you have PAN number for filing but do not know name ,middle , surname for registration ?
please login to saral tax office site . This has utility file to check your Last name, surname etc if you have PAN number.

DOB -date of birth is the only key for registration in incometaxindia.gov.in.
If you know name, last name and DOB it is easy to extract PAN. from incometaxindia.gov.in
But DOB ........ the only key opener for any PAN registration
Even for already registered PAN number with incometaxindia.gov.in site if you do not know password you can reset all and make fresh registration password if you know DOB. date of birth is the greatest key factor.
