Please let me know if there is any way that I can find out from the Mahavat Website(or from Sales Tax Department) how much VAT I've paid both through manual payment and e-payment for the last 2-3 financial years. I can provide any document and login id/password as maybe necessary..

Only you can download in pdf file, your acknowlegment for last 10 or 12 e-file return from your login id.
Yes but that is about e-returns. What about payments that I made?
