Financial year of a Company is 21/02/2013 to 31/03/2014 (as the Company is registered on 21-02-2013).
My question is, what would be previous FY in this case while filling Form 23 AC-23ACA?

It will be from 21/2/2013 to 31/3/2014.
Dear Ms. Shraya,
There should be ideally two financial PERIODS first from 21/02/2013 to 31/03/2013 and second from 01/04/2013 to 31/03/2014.
If the company has considered its first financial period for 13 months and 8 days as per Section 210 of the CA, 1956, then the period should be as rightly said by Agrawal sir i.e. from 21/02/2013 to 31/03/2014.
