NO FFS are not the part of Financial statements....
Yar kisi bhi company ki Statements dekh lo..
NO one prepares them,...

As per Indian GAAP it's not mandatory to prepare but now as per IFRS.. it's going to be mandate, because according to International standards CFS is a part of financial statements.

Notes to Accounts is mandatory for every company.
But Cash Flow has to be complied with only for Level I Enterprises. Funds flow is not required to be prepared and furnished even for a Level I Enterprise

no it can never be a part of Fin Statements.
even in annual report no FFS is attached.
