Specially for the topic of holding company please be carefull if you will use padhuka because the analysis of profits etc procedure is totally different in comparision to used by icai suggested answers.By this i dont mean to say that answers will be different but the procedure followed is different and it is being said although i am not sure that the person who checks the paper just follows the procedure followed icai suggested answers.So please cross check this and above all holding company is a vast topic.All the best.
