Are the methods followed by Dr. P.C. Tulsian in his CA - IPCC Financial Management Book o.k ? Are the Symbols, Formulae and the Calculations made in the book accepted by the ICAI ? Can this book be followed for IPCC Financial Management ?

Books of Dr P C Tulsian are Recommended by ICAI & also for your information Dr P C T was a Deputy Director Board of Studies ICAI, Now you only decide & make the answer to your Question.
P C T is the best this is my Opinion
