Finance bill 2017
in few parts of finance bill its written "This amendment will take effect from 1st April,2017." what does this imply? To which AY this amendment shall apply? In relation to AY 17-18 or 18-19 ?

If it take effect from 01st April 2017 means its effect from AY 18-19.
