What is the difference between the concept Break Even Point and Internal Rate of Return ?

At BEP : Total Revenue = Total Cost
At IRR : Total Inflow = Total Outflow
Kindly Interpret it and give your suggestions for the same.
Will any difference prevail over the concept ?
