Finally got d chance! wid tears n my eyes,i request u 2 help

I am 20 (from India) and I am a Chartered Accountancy student (final level). Till now in my life I never had any girlfriends or atleast friends who are girls! And I am really very sad about this.

I am presently taking coaching for a CA Final Subject (Accounts), the timings of which are 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. There is only one good looking girl (She is a North Indian) in our class. And to my great fortune, she sits right next to my bench. I sit on the right corner of my bench and she sits on the left corner of her bench which is exactly on the right side to my bench. So I am very close to her! But I am unable understand as to how I can make friendship with her. In around 30 days, the coaching is going to get completed. I have only 30 days left to make her one of friends (atleast just friend,if not girlfriend). Please help me out so that I can be successful in making friendship with her! Please please help me!
