As against above, the total number of students that appeared in the Final Examination held in May’08 are as under: Both Groups 10570 Only Group I 6965 Only Group II 8096 Total:- 25625 3. The total number of students that appeared in the Final Examination held in Nov’08 are as under: Both Groups 14606 Group I 6558 Group II 9235 Total:- 30399 There is an increase in number of students that appeared in the Final Examination held in Nov’08. There is increase of more than 25.00 % in the number of students for Final Examination as compared to Nov’07. 2. The percentage of Female Students is continuing on the rising trend over a period of time. Out of total 30,399 students that appeared for Group-1, group-2 & Both Groups in Nov’08, the number of Female Students were 7189, i.e., 23.64 % of the total students as compared to 23.04 % of female students in May’08. Not only that, out of first five positions, 2 positions have been bagged by Female Students. Female students continue to excel in their performance in CA examination.
