Ofcourse u can register in final. There is no any last date of registration in final. It is fully depend on your desire. Pls download form 102, fill and send to ICAI.Simultaneously join ur articleship.

congr8s dude................u can now enroll or c.a. final.......got to institute site and downoload form no. 102.....there is no such last date to file form..........

congrats dude
as u have cleared PCC , it means u have alreday registerd for articles
now form no. 102 is not a relevant form as it is required for articles
there is separate form for registeration for FINAL course
download it from icai.org
it is located at 7th no. in all form for students
