You are eligible to write in May, 2012 itself. So you get yourself registered for final immediately and also submit the application form for May, 2012 final exams (please click here for more details: https://220.227.161.86/25449announ15145.pdf)
For registration of Final, take a print out of this (https://220.227.161.86/7507form_final_course.pdf) and submit it at your regional centre and the fee is Rs. 10,000. The documents to be enclosed along with this form are mentioned in the form itself.
Note: Don't wait for final registration letter. Enclose a copy of the acknowledgement of the registration form (attested by a CA) for the purpose of your application for May, 2012 exams.
