start with 2-3 hrss. daily study for all the subjects...i mean atleast an hour for all subjects. However, its really difficult to retain all the course till exams , so that depends on you how you retain this....

My advise would be Start Studying ISCA only from Study Material and from nothing else. By Feb 2013, you must complete atleast 2 or 3 times studying ISCA subject.
For AMA, Institute Study Material is good for Costing Part. However, for additional problems practice and for OR, u may select any good author like Parag Gupta, etc.
Since you have ample time, i would recommend Singhania for DT.
For IDT, from my personal experience, NS Govindan Text book is very lucid and student friendly. Else, u may opt Yogendra bangar if u like ques ans format.
Depending your available time and office hours, adjust your time table. Draw weekly or 10 days schedule upfront and try to accomplish the targets so that syllabus will be completed in time. But, Try Studying ISCA regularly, like atleast 3-4 days every week. This helps u confident in the subject
Happy Preparation...
