Can icai give a donation of mark to student of final nov.13for account paper?

How ICAI allot marks, it is still not disclosed. but as far as grace of marks is concerned, i have heard from many teachers that the students who go for both groups have advantage over the students who give single group.
n teachers generally say that there is step- marking in numerical papers
