the basic framework of the Act is same only a slight change will be seen as regards to some provision ,limits and penalties

Dimpal assuming you are going to give your exams this may at this juncture it won't really make a difference if you chose either of them. Try getting your hands on a scanner ( compiler), which will help you get a fair idea of the questions. And bare act is old fashioned. Try downloading the companies act app from play store.
