Has anyone of you received the Final CA Nov 2013 RTP at home because its already last week of Sept and yet the RTPs have not come home. Will ICAI be sending it to the 1st attempt students also or do we also have to buy from ICAI. Plz reply asap

Sometimes they will send. But it is better to buy or download from the following link. Dont wait.
