You can appear for the exam in the last six month of your training period. It should be Nov-2015, assuming your traiing would end on 12.03.2016.

(v) Appear in the final examination on completion of the practical training or while serving
last 6 months of articled training on or before the last day of the month preceding the
month in which the examination is to be held.
The one that you provided is for PE-II students.
