Eligibility for Appearing in Final Examination
(Regulation 29 A)
A registered student will be eligible to appear in the Final Examination if he satisfies the following conditions:
he has passed PE-II / Intermediate Examination.
he has completed practical training of 2 years and 6 months as on the first day of examination held in May / November.
he has obtained eligibility certificate from the Board of Studies by complying with the requirements of the theoretical Education Scheme.
Theoretical Education Scheme:
Under the scheme, the student is required to submit and qualify 16 test papers fro both the Groups by securing 45% marks in each paper. There are 8 test papers per group-two papers in each subject. Students will be required to submit and qualify two test papers in each subject during the period of first two years of the Articleship, in case they want to appear for both groups of Final Examination after 2 ½ years of Articleship. The above scheme of submission of test papers will be applicable in both Sunday Test Scheme and Postal Test Scheme
Oral Coaching Facility at Accredited Institutions
Students have an option to register themselves under this scheme at the approved accredited Institutions. They are required to have a minimum attendance of 75% of the classes in each subject. They should also pass the final test in each subject conducted by such Institutions.

The requirements of Theoretical Education Scheme are applicable only to those Students who will be registering as Articled Clerks after passing PE-II Examination and not to others. Other Students of Final Course, may however, at their option take advantage of the scheme.
