Hi Friends,

One of my friends compleated PE-II in May 2003 & got registerd for CA Final in Sep 2003. Please let me know whether he is eligible for writting CA Final exams in NOV 2009, if not request you to suggest the process...

new final course shall be applicable from may'10 attempt.
