Go for Final New Course.
You may get Exposure to New things in the New Syllabus also an Added Elective Paper is there which may help you doing Specialisation in a Particular Field after Completing CA according to your Interest and Area of Work.

If not taken any classes till date of old course... Then certainly go for new course
