Fin Reporting - Consolidation Chaptr

Hi

My CA Final xam is due in Nov 2010. I am worried abt my Accounts (Fin Rep) paper.

Prep for other 7 subjects are going on somewhat but in A/c i am troubled with the Consolidation chaptr. I am not able to find time to get into this chaptr in-depth. And am planning to take it on the surface level.

Can you tell me how many marks generally come from this Chapter

and

What are the areas which i need to cover so as to gain 5-8 marks from a particular Question on consolidation?
