Filling under 22A for Geo Tagging

Hi Sir / Madam ,

if we have 3 Directors for Pvt LTD company and in that one Director is NRI.
Director KYC was uploaded last year for 2 Directors and NRI director we Missed .
can we file 22A for Geo tagging with 2 active Directors . or Need 3 Directors KYC and then file 22A Geo tagging of the company .
