Filling of Missing ITR of past years

Sir is it possible to file ITR for FY 2019-2020 now if not filed due to some reason not filed at time.

Yes, it can be filed under sec. 139(8) of IT act, by Updated return, provided you have any tax liability.

Filing can be done u/s 139(8A) by paying late fees u/s 234F

It not so easy. Sec governs it . But procedures are seperate.

You can file an updated return ITR U for the FY 2019-20.

The return cannot be filed for refund.

Every Updated return has late fee u/s 234F though the final outcome is refund
