Is it necessary for the newly Established Private Limited Companies to file NIL Income Tax Return?
The Company got Established in February 2012.

In my view
Yes. it is not mandatory though. But it is always better to file the returns.

According to 139(1),this is mandatory to fill Company Income tax return,
