Hello Everybody,
is it necessary to fill form 108 (for completion of articles) in black ink or whether it can be filled in blue ink also.....!
i have already fileed it up in blue..., please suggest me

I think black is necessary because in the signature column, it has been specifically mentioned as black. Anyway, its better u ask in ur regional office
It has to be done in Black Pen only..
