Filling income tax return

while filling ITR1 there is one message flaashed " your gross earning reporting is less than 90% of TDS1 schdule". details are as follows:  Total salary paid by the employer is 412000 approximate & section 10 exemption is around 97000/- . so i have shown salary income  around 315000/-(412000-97000). there is no other income apart from salary.
