Is there any option to file ITR for FY 2017-18 after March 2018? without getting notice or order from CPC?

Only one possibility, if you have any refund due, and your application for condonation of delay in filing return u/s. 119(2)(b) is accepted by JCIT/ITO.

if you have any refund to be claimed or any loss to be carried forward, then you can file if the delay in filing ITR is condoned by your jurisdictional CIT
