Step 1: Create Your Account: for every upcoming exam by clicking at the link "If you are a new user, please click here" (The users who had created login account for any previous exams will have to re-create the account) and authenticating your Student Registration Number (eg: NRO0123456) with your date of birth, your VALID email-id and mobile number. (In Case your Name is not displayed on entering the registration number and Date of Birth, you can still create the login as a PROVISIONAL CANDIDATE by providing correct particulars. You must submit the copy of registration letter and other relevant documents with your application form in case your login is created as Provisional Candidate.) Double check your email-id: provided by you in the above step, since the login-id and password created by you for filling up the application form would be sent to this email address and mobile only. Step 2: Login and Pay Fee Online: Login here with the username and password you receive in your email ID/mobile as provided in Step 1 above. Fill up the Online Application form carefully, confirm the particulars displayed in the Confirmation Page and Pay the Fees Online using Master / Visa Credit or Debit card.Click Here For Fee Details (For general instructions and guidance on how to fill the form, please refer to the "Guidance Notes" given above at the home page) In case you are using a Debit Card, ensure that it is either Master or Visa Debit Card.Click Here To Check Your Exam Application Status Late Fee of Rs. 500/- (USD 11) is applicable if the payment is submitted online after 29th February, 2012 Step 3: Login Again to Take print out of PDF form on A4 size paper with Portrait orientation. Do Not print on both sides of the paper. If PDF is not generated Click Here. Check and ensure that Control Number, Bar code and Payment Particulars are appearing correctly in PDF before taking the print out. In case of any issues please report to onlineexamforms @ icai.in Step 4: Affix Photograph & Signature: Paste your Photograph, Sign the form using Black Ink Pen and get the form attested by Principal/Member of the Institute/gazetted officer, as mentioned in the form printed in Step 3 above. How To Apply Examination Form Online:

 

First Step:

You need to go to Exam Form Filling Portal of ICAI here is the link – icaiexam.icai.org

  • Now If you are already Registered here (recently) then fill up the log in-ID and Password fields and login, 
  • If you haven’t Registered yet, Click on the “New User” Highlighted in the Red Colour
  • If you have Registered for Previous Attempt you still need to Register your self Again
If you are Registering now: After clicking on “New User” as we Said above you will be taken to the following Page:

Instructions for filling the Registration Page:

  • Select the Examination as applicable PCE, IPCE, ATE, or Final
  • Provide your Student Registration Number e.g. SRO1234567
  • Select your Birth date from drop down calender
  • You will See your Name appearing after the date of Birth Field in Green which means you can proceed further
  • If your Name appears in Red it means you have already registered for the same, in that case you need to go to the login page and Click on “Forgot Password”, your Login details will be sent to the registered e-mail.
  • In case your Name doesn’t appear after you fill your Registration Number and your Date of Birth:
      1. Don’t worry you can still Fill you Exam Form but
      2. You will be Registered as Provisional Candidate
      3. Send your Student Registration Letter and other Official Relevant forms along with your Application
  • Provide your Working E-mail ID Since your Log-in ID and Password will be sent to this ID.
  • Provide your Mobile Number, your Log in Details will be sent to you Mobile.
Second Step:

 

  • Fill all the necessary fields in the Exam Form
  • Confirm all the Details in the Confirmation Page
  • Pay your Fees online using Master Card/ Visa Card/ Debit Card
Third Step:

 

  • After paying your Fee, you are now requested to take the print out of the form 
  • Ensure that all the details such as Bar code number, Details of Payment, Fields, are Legible
  • In case you have any issues, you can report to onlinexamforms @ icai.in
Fourth Step:

 

  • Paste your Photograph in the appropriate space provided for the same
  • Sign the Form in BLANK INK ONLY
  • Get the Form Attested by Member of the Institute or your Prinicpal
  • Follow other steps mentioned in the form
Fifth Step:
  • After affixing your photograph and having attested by appropriate person and signed, the same has to be sent to the ICAI before last date
  • Print out should be sent to the following Address by Speed Post or Registered Post:
