now his turn over is allmost 10 crores.
in 09-10 f.y turnover is abve 58 lakhs

First of all tell me that whether the client is individual ,HUF,Company etc.
if individual tell me the s*x and the age for determining the slab.

The Return Preparation software is available at incometax site and the same can be e-filed.
Plz follow the link
https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/portal/index.do
Go to "Download" Option and then select the previous year, for which return has to be filed.

We can file belated returns for Last 3 years with interest u/s 234A
at income tax department as per ur adress
and also file returns through on-line
