Filing tax return

I got Form 16 now want to file return, please advice me how to file it ,

And please tell if there is no signature and stamp of my employer on the form16, is it acceptable or it is required.

Dear Vaishali

If you got form 16 without empoyer signature , i think it is not valid, so get it signed by the employer.

dear vaishali, if u get 16A without sign.than u can see your tds deduction on INCOME TAX website with form 26AS. if it show TDS than u can fill return. form 16A not required attech with return but u should get sign. on it for further refrence.

B.P SHARMA SIR IS CORRECT CHECK YOUR 26AS FROM THE INCOME TAX INDIA WEBSITE.

Thanks All for your replies, now I have chacked on the site but it when I login and go to 26AS to view it them the window comes and shows it is redircting when I confirm by filling date of birth and code it shows the information is insufficient. What can I do now please tell.
